Golf swing suggestions
You cannot think of excelling in any sport unless it is accompanied by hard work, rigorous practice and the right techniques. The achievers in any sport did not become what they are overnight. It is sheer grit, single-minded dedication and commitment that has won them the accolades, recognition and the fan following.
Are you aiming to be a good golfer? Then it is right attitude, right approach and technique and practice that are going to take you where you want to be. Golf techniques involve the capacity to design your shots which is mainly controlled by the path of your club and you have aligned your body while performing the swing that is the positioning of the body with respect to the swing. What is important is when you are aiming you shot; you aim it in such a way as if you are going to hit at the target in one shot, that it your ball should be in the direction of the target. You have to concentrate on positioning your knees, shoulder and feet, slightly to the left if it is for fade and slightly to the right if you planning for a draw or a hook. The angle of turn depends on how you would want the ball to turn in its course.
If you are planning to hit the shots higher than normal altitude, ball position assumes importance, where with iron clubs, the ball position is in front of the belly button. Move the ball then towards your left if you are a right-hander and the other way round if you are a right-hander. This helps the ball to move upwards on a lofty trajectory. The lower altitude shots are simpler, where the ball position is in from of belly button just like the previous one, but here the length of the back swing changes. With a heavier club, the back swing would be short. The positioning of the hands too on the club varies with the height of the trajectory. Any other doubts or defects can always be clarified through an expert in the field.
